Butterbeer Cookies Printable Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 box Yellow Cake Mix
  • 3 oz Butterscotch Pudding
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3/4 cup Melted Butter
  • 1 tsp Rum Extract
  • 1/2 cup White Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 cup Butterscotch Chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. In a medium bowl, whisk cake mix and butterscotch pudding mix.

  3. Add eggs, butter, and rum extract.

  4. Fold in white chocolate chips and butterscotch chips.

  5. Scoop and create ball of dough on the cooking sheet. Press down slightly.

  6. Bake 12-15 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
