A Celebration of Harry Potter
This three day event is held towards the end of January each year at both Universal Studios Florida and Universal’s Islands of Adventure. This is the ultimate event for Harry Potter fans. The event features A Celebration of Harry Potter Expo, Question and Answer session with the filmmakers, discussions, demonstrations, and more! Exclusive vacation packages are available for this special event.
Mardi Gras
“Florida’s biggest party” usually starts in early February and lasts through mid-April at Universal Studios Florida. You can listen to some of the hottest names in music with concerts in the theme park every weekend. Plus, you can sample authentic Cajun food and enjoy the authentic Mardi Gras parade, complete with colorful beads.
Rock the Universe
The biggest names in Christian music head to Universal Studios Florida for this two night event. Rock the Universe is held the weekend after Labor Day every September. You can listen to great music and inspirational speakers on Friday and Saturday night and end the weekend with a memorable worship service on Sunday morning.
Halloween Horror Nights
Halloween Horror Nights in the nation’s premier Halloween event held on select nights every September, October, and November in Universal Studios Florida. Your worst nightmares will come true when you explore the haunted houses, shows, and scare zones at Halloween Horror Nights.
Grinchmas
Get into the holiday season every December with Dr. Seuss’ The Grinch during Grinchmas at Universal’s Islands of Adventure. Seuss Landing transforms into the wintry wonderland of Who-ville where you can meet The Grinch, enjoy a live retelling of the holiday story, and more.
Macy’s Holiday Parade
After the legendary New York City parade on Thanksgiving Day, many of the floats and balloons head down to Universal Studios Florida for Macy’s Holiday Parade at Universal Studios Florida. You can enjoy the spectacular parade, complete with Santa Claus himself, every afternoon during the holiday season. The parade is followed by a spectacular tree lighting ceremony and accompanied by two holiday shows.
