One of the most common questions we get is “How can I get to Universal Studios if I’m staying at a Disney Resort?” 
Well, we have a great solution for that! We offer a Universal Studios ticket that INCLUDES transportation from your Disney resort. That’s right– the shuttle will pick you up right at your own front door. Once you arrive at Universal Studios you will be dropped off at CityWalk where either Universal Studios or Islands of Adventure are just a few steps away. When you are ready to head back to your Disney Resort, call the provided number again about 3 hours before you want to leave and the shuttle company will provide a pick-up time.
One thing to note — it is important to have access to a printer when purchasing these tickets as you must have the voucher with you to board the shuttle.
