Our family is so excited about the new quick service restaurant at Universal CityWalk called Bend the Bao.
This restaurant features a variety of delicious items that fuse popular Asian cuisine. They use diverse ingredients like crab cakes, pork belly, kimchee fried chicken and more. These unique items create an entirely new mash-up that “bends” the idea of a traditional bao.
Bend The Bao is the latest original concept dining experience created exclusively by Universal Orlando, combining unique theming with an extraordinary twist on the traditional quick service restaurant.
Incredibly-colorful pop art representing the creatures of the Chinese Zodiac welcome guests to the venue, where they can grab tasty bao buns like the Crab Cake Bao with Maryland-style crab cake, shredded lettuce and mustard aioli, the Duck Bao with braised duck, kimchee slaw, XO sauce, cilantro and five spice aioli, and more.
Bend The Bao is located on the second level of Universal CityWalk, adjacent to the Universal Cinemark theatre, and open daily from 10:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Are you ready to try this new restaurant?
