Yesterday, Chocolate Frog, today, a chocolate wand! Yes, this is an often overlooked item at the Harry Potter park, maybe because it’s hidden on the back side of Honeydukes.
The Harry Potter chocolate wand is much more appropriately sized at 1.6 oz. Approximately the same size as a Hershey’s chocolate bar, but you’re not getting anywhere near the value of the chocolate frog (if value can even be used when referencing these candies!). At $7.95, you’re looking at chocolate that’s nearly $5 per ounce!! Compare that to the frog at $1.87 per ounce and you’re starting to see the difference.
At any rate, it’s a fun little candy and tastes just as good as the frog while maybe providing a little “portion control” for the little ones (or you, too?).
