Ready to make some easy chocolate Harry potter brooms?
One of my favorite souvenirs at the Wizarding World of Harry Potter is the kid brooms. These brooms are only $34.95 and they actually light up. They are the coolest souvenir at Hogsmeade and Diagon Alley, especially if you are visiting in the evening hours.
Chocolate Harry Potter Brooms Recipe
Inspired by those super cool brooms, I wanted to make some chocolate brooms. This is actually my first time make any chocolates, so fingers crossed.
I know making chocolate is so easy. You only need (2) items. You need milk chocolate chips and a mold. I found my broom mold at Joann’s.

Ingredients
As I mentioned, there are not a lot of ingredients for chocolate brooms. You only need these two items below.
- Milk Chocolate Chips
- Broom Mold
Directions
The directions to make chocolate brooms is just as simple. You basically microwave chocolate and smooth it into the molds. I know ~ so easy! Here is a breakdown of the directions to make chocolate brooms.

- Microwave the milk chocolate chips for about a minute. Then stir the chips.
- Spoon the chocolate into the mold.
- Refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
- Enjoy!
I was surprised how easy it was to make these chocolate brooms. It literally took less than 3 minutes to create. We did have to wait the 3-4 hours to eat, but it is an easy treat to make with kids.
