We love the Butterbeer drinks, fudge, pancakes, and even cupcakes in our family. As Harry Potter fans, Butterbeer is our favorite treat. However, sometimes I want a quick Butterbeer treat without spending a lot of time baking and cleaning.

We found a single serve Butterbeer mug recipe. This is a perfect quick recipe.

Butterbeer in a Mug Ingredients

The easy recipe includes a lot of ingredients you probably already have in the house. If not, they are a simple order with Publix Delivery or Amazon. Did I mention this recipe is also super easy? You can make a quick Butterbeer in a Mug to watch your favorite Harry Potter movie or just because you want a sweet treat.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Flour
  • 2 tbsp Melted Butter
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Cream Soda
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbsp Butterscotch Chips
  • Whipped Cream

Creating this Butterbeer in a Mug is super simple. Just a few steps and less than 10 minutes, you have a tasty Butterbeer snack.

Directions

  1. Mix flour, butter, brown sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon in a large microwave safe mug.
  2. Add egg and cream soda. Mix until smooth.
  3. Add butterscotch chips and stir.
  4. Microwave for 90 seconds.
  5. Add whipped cream to the top!
