We were so excited to see recipes online for Butterbeer Pancakes. This morning I woke up thinking…I really need to try making Butterbeer Pancakes! This recipe by Simply Potter caught my eye, because it was super simple and looked delicious.
Butterbeer Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 1 ½ cups buttermilk pancake mix
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 tsp rum extract
Optional
- Whipped cream
- Butter syrup
Directions
- Grind 1 cup butterscotch chips into a fine powder
- Combine butterscotch powder with 1 ½ cups pancake mix
- Add ¾ cup water to dry mixture
- Mix well
- Stir in 1 tsp. of rum extract to pancake mix
- Cook on one side until bubbly
- Flip over and cook until done!
