This is one of the most anticipated rides at the new park, as well as one of the most closely guarded secrets.
Thierry's sitting in the Hogwart's Castle for the interview in a completed part that is actually the Defense of the Dark Arts classroom! This is going to be an amazing experience for Harry Potter fans!
He also reveals that for part of the ride, you will be part of a Quidditch game! Can you imagine flying around on your own broomstick with Harry Potter and Hermione!
The interviewer pushed for a "soft opening" date for members of the media or others, but Thierry was not revealing anything of the sort. I'm sure their will be some sort of soft opening for the Harry Potter park. As a member of the construction team for Lost Continent at Islands of Adventure, I can tell you there were several "soft" openings for various reasons and groups.
